Encore Property Management offers a private, password protected, Member Only site which allows homeowners to view and pay their assessment accounts and change their personal information.

ASSOCIATION PAYMENTS

Homeowners have several options of how they can pay their Association assessments:

♦  Payments can be made by way of check when using the coupon book that is provided.

♦ Payments can be made via ACH, where your checking or savings account is automatically debited on or about the 5th of each month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will be the next business day. This service is provided to homeowners at no cost.

♦ Payments can be made by way of your personal online banking by setting your Association up as a payee. Please keep in mind that your bank is issuing a check on your behalf and sending it via the US Postal Service. Therefore, it is necessary to allow 5 – 7 or more business days for receipt.

♦ You can pay via Credit Card, Debit Card or E-Check through Rent Payment, the Associations third party payment center. Service provided by the third party company can be accessed by clicking on the “$ Pay Online” button below or directly at http://www.rentpayment.com. Credit card fees for this service when set up on a recurring basis are approximately 2.8% of your monthly assessment. E-Check fees when set up on a recurring basis are $2.00 per month. One time fees for Visa / E-Check are 2.8%; Discover, MC & AMEX rates may vary, please refer to the Rent Payment website for the fee.

Please keep in mind that due to banking regulations, it takes 2-3 business days for Credit/Debit Card and up to 7 business days for E-Check funds to post to your assessment account. Payments made with Rent Payment does not allow for same day posting.

To view your account online click on the button below. When asked for “Client No.” input “5100”, click “Submit” then follow the instructions on the next screen.

 

California Sub-Meter Information

California Sub-Meters now has a lockbox service to process resident payments.  Payments effected are personal checks, money orders, and online banking used to pay water bills.  Residents will submit payment to the following address:

We are informing the residents of this change. Remit coupons included in resident water bills will reflect the new offsite payment mailing address. We are also emailing residents. During the transition we will still be accepting payments mailed to our office.

 

California Sub-Meters has not moved. Our office remains at 10095 Scripps Ranch Ct Ste A, San Diego, CA 92131.
